Choose the right pillow

Change your sleeping position

Before purchasing a new pillow, check your sleeping position first. It is important to note the sleeping posture as your choice of body pillow should promote the neutral alignment. The neutral alignment is a position where the head sits squarely on the shoulders without reaching too forward or leaning too back.
